different ways to make hearts. They will make:   
The puffy heart
The flat heart and decorate it just like a cookie.  
Hearts as surface decoration.
*Twist and Shout Workshop
This workshop is all about twisties.
Students will learn how to make several complex twisted canes.
The next step will be to use them in an encased bead.
This is a fun workshop and the techniques presented have endless
possibilities for you beads.

Hollow Beads
In this full day workshop
students will learn to make
buttons on and off  mandrels.
Some of the buttons students
will learn to make are
Decorative buttons with a glass
shanks. Flat/disk buttons with
one to 4 holes
New way to use buttons in
your work!
*In this full day workshop students
will learn to make hollow bead.
Several techniques will be taught
including:
Basic wound Hollow beads
Hollows on glass cores
Hollow fish

Working Deep — Encasing
Magnify and expand the patterns on your beads
with layers of clear, transparent glass. Learn the
tricks of creating focal beads with seemingly
endless depth, interest, and detail. This
workshop will “cover” deep encasement of beads
and creating patterns by applying layers of clear
or transparent glass to raised decoration.
Student will learn to encase dots,stringer,murrini
and twisted cane to create patterns and scenes
under a transparent surface.
1 or 2-day
Color Reactions — Glass Chemistry
Wondering how to get those amazing color reactions
in you glass. Need to know just what to do with the
lustres and silvered glasses. This class will help you
get the best from you reactive glass. The focus will
be on bullseye reactive colors. This exciting workshop
will introduce you to working with glass that
chemically reacts during the beadmaking process.
These reactions create fantastic effects that are
unmatched anywhere else.
